These Terms govern your use of go.thewealthscript.co and your purchase and use of The AI Business Operating System™ and related digital materials.

1. Seller

The seller and licensor is TheWealthScript™, a Texas sole proprietorship (“TheWealthScript,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Support inquiries may be sent to thewealthscript001@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you purchase on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Product and Delivery

The AI Business Operating System™ — Volume 1 is a digital PDF implementation framework. It is not software, a managed service, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a promise of business performance. Delivery is made electronically through Stan Store or another stated delivery method after successful checkout.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address, maintaining access to that account, and having a device and PDF reader capable of opening the file. Contact support if a delivery link or file does not work.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

The price displayed at checkout is the applicable price at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Stan Store, Stripe, or PayPal. Applicable taxes may be included in or reflected by the checkout price as stated. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected method for the total shown.

5. License

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the product for your own personal use and your own internal business work.

You may print a copy for your own reference. This license does not grant ownership of the product or any intellectual-property rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Share, copy, upload, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, resell, or give the product to another person.
• Distribute copies to employees, clients, customers, students, members, or any other third party.
• Use the product as a client deliverable, course handout, membership resource, template library, or resale-rights product.
• Remove proprietary notices or present the product as your own work.
• Use automated methods to scrape, reproduce, or create a substantially similar competing product from the materials.
• Use the website or product for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.

7. Intellectual Property

The website, product, text, graphics, frameworks, prompts, methods, trademarks, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to TheWealthScript™ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “TheWealthScript™” and “The AI Business Operating System™” are claimed marks of TheWealthScript™. No rights are granted except the limited license expressly stated above.

8. Third-Party Tools and AI Services

The product may discuss or recommend third-party software, artificial-intelligence platforms, or online services. Those services are independent, may require separate accounts or fees, and may change their pricing, features, policies, availability, or outputs. We do not control or guarantee any third-party service.

You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs, protecting confidential information, complying with applicable laws and contracts, and applying appropriate human review before using outputs in business decisions.

9. 7-Day Implementation Confidence Guarantee

You may request a refund within seven calendar days after purchase only if:

• The product was materially misrepresented on the sales page;
• The delivered file is materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement; or
• The delivered product substantially fails to include the framework described at the time of purchase.

Send the request to thewealthscript001@gmail.com within seven calendar days and include your name, order email, order details, and a clear explanation of the qualifying issue.

Refunds are not promised for change of mind, failure to read or implement the materials, dissatisfaction with outcomes, incompatibility with unstated preferences, accidental purchase that was not promptly reported, violation of the license, or repeated or abusive refund activity. This guarantee is not a guarantee of income, savings, productivity, implementation success, or any other result. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a delivery, billing, or refund issue. Filing a chargeback does not expand the refund policy or license. We may provide transaction, delivery, access, and support records to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.

11. Educational and Business Disclaimer

The product provides general educational and business information. It does not account for every industry, jurisdiction, organization, contract, technical environment, or risk. You are solely responsible for professional advice, due diligence, implementation decisions, tool selection, employee supervision, data handling, and legal compliance.

12. No Results Guarantee

Examples, workflows, prompts, projections, possible efficiencies, and implementation ideas are illustrative only. We do not guarantee income, revenue, profit, cost savings, productivity gains, customer growth, operational improvement, regulatory compliance, or any other outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your actions, skills, resources, market conditions, tools, data quality, and implementation.

13. Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, correct errors, update product information, or change future offerings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Purchased file rights remain governed by the license and other applicable provisions.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and product are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheWealthScript™ and its owner, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill; or losses arising from third-party tools or implementation decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the product, website, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid directly for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TheWealthScript™ and its owner from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized distribution, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights, exclusive venue for disputes will lie in the state or federal courts serving Fort Bend County, Texas, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website or future transactions. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.

19. Severability and Waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the applicable sales page, checkout terms, Privacy Policy, and any written product-specific terms form the agreement concerning the website and product. If a mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, that law controls to the required extent.
